About the Author

Her stories are filled with suspense and will leave you turning pages and avoiding everything else. With a degree in Biology, Julie enjoys blending nonfiction with fiction. 

She is currently enthralled with the metaphysical world and expanding her own personal spiritual growth and journey. 

Julie is drawn to ancient legends and myths that blend into conspiracy theories.  

She grew up in rural glass-factory town situated 45 minutes between Philly Pennsylvania USA and the beaches of Southern New Jersey. After college, she moved to North Carolina gaining the opportunity to live on three different state parks. 

In pursuit for a more homeopathic approach to life, she moved across the country to Oregon. There she awakened to the healing effects of food, plants, nature, and writing. There she reconnected with the writer she left when she gave up on her dreams. 

In September 2011, Julie began Yosemite Rising. Ever since, she has been writing. 

After the release of her second book, Dragonfly, her personal story took her clear across the country again to start a 30-acer organic farm on family land in New Jersey. When the deer ruined that idea, she returned to Oregon until covid pushed her to become a refugee in Florida. 

A state that pushes her in a way she never thought possible. Hours can be spent along the gulf coasts shores. The beginning of a life.
